How do subscriptions work?
After checkout, your subscription is created automatically. We'll charge your card and roast your coffee on the schedule you chose. Everything is managed from your account dashboard — blend, cadence, billing date, and more.
Can I change my blend or plan after subscribing?
Yes — log in to your account and update your blend or cadence at any time. Changes apply to your next billing cycle. You can also switch between 1-bag and 2-bag plans whenever you need more or less coffee.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Absolutely. Log in to your account before your next order date to skip a shipment or pause your subscription entirely. No fees, no waiting, no questions asked.
When does my coffee ship?
We roast on a weekly schedule and ship within 48 hours of roasting from our Watsonville, CA facility. You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Expect delivery within 2–4 business days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, navigate to subscriptions, and select Cancel. There are no cancellation fees and you can resubscribe at any time. We'll be sad to see you go, but we make it completely painless.
