Our Mission

Roasting consistently great coffee from farms we can trust. Just like Mike taught us.

PCR was built on a simple idea: that great coffee starts long before the roaster. It starts at the farm. Dave learned that firsthand in the early 2010s, when he walked into Mike's Highway 9 coffee shop and met someone who took the whole chain — seed to cup — seriously. The two became fast friends, then business partners, buying a roaster together and chasing the kind of coffee that can change your life.

We lost Mike unexpectedly in 2025. His legacy lives on through PCR's dedication to sourcing and supplying incredible coffee to our community.
